The British
constitution answers, The minister, and the minister exclusively. Sole
action, for the sovereign, would mean undefended, unprotected action; the
armour of irresponsibility would not cover the whole body against sword
or spear; a head would project beyond the awning and would invite a
sunstroke. There is no distinction more vital to the practice of the British
Constitution than the distinction between the sovereign and the Crown. The Crown has large prerogatives, endless functions essential to the daily
action, and even the life, of the state. To place them in the hands of persons
who should be mere tools in a Royal will would expose those powers to
constant unsupported collision with the living forces of the nation, and to a
certain and irremediable crash. They are therefore entrusted to men who
must be prepared to answer for the use they make of them. This ring of
responsible ministerial agency forms a fence around the person of the
sovereign, which has thus far proved impregnable to all assaults.”
But the English constitution is such a thing of shreds and patches that
even constitutional experts get mixed. Thus Bagehot:—“The popular
theory of the English Constitution involves two errors as to the sovereign.
First, in its oldest form at least, it considers him as an ‘estate of the realm,’
a separate co-ordinate authority with the House of Lords and House of
Commons. This and much else the sovereign once was, but this he is no
longer. That authority could only be exercised by a monarch with a
legislative veto. But the Queen has no such veto. She must sign her own
death-warrant if the two Houses unanimously send it up to her. It is a
fiction of the past to ascribe to her legislative power. She has long ceased
to have any.” This is how Parliament “protects” the sovereign in England.
As I said before, the Queen is at the mercy of Parliament, and is not
responsible for the disgraceful state of things in London, or for the growth
of grievances which threaten the existence of the empire.
Those who are booming federation in Australia say the bill provides
“responsible government on the British system.” As a matter of fact the
British system does not provide responsibility, and if the Queen “must sign
her own death-warrant” to please Parliament, the nominated Governor-
General must do so too. True progress is often only possible by returning
to forgotten truths, and I should advise Australians, if they want to have
responsible government, to return to the good old English plan, and give
the sovereign a separate and independent existence, and make him
responsible, not to the states, but to the nation.
The bill, however, carefully omits a national referendum. But the
politicians say the “people is sovereign.” The people should take them at
their word in Australia and England, and prove that they are really
sovereigns. And there is only one way to prove it.
That same Bagehot, who says that the Queen's legislative and executive
power is a fiction of the past, wrote in the same book:—“It would very
much surprise people if they were only told how many things the Queen
could do without consulting Parliament, and it certainly has so proved, for
when the Queen abolished Purchase in the Army by an act of prerogative
(after the Lords had rejected the bill for doing so), there was a great and
general astonishment. But this is nothing to what the Queen can by law do
without consulting Parliament. Not to mention other things, she could
disband the army (by law she cannot engage more than a certain number of
men, but she is not obliged to engage any men); she could dismiss all
officers, from the General Commanding-in-Chief downwards; she could
dismiss all the sailors too; she could sell off all our ships of war, and all our
naval stores; she could make a peace by the sacrifice of Cornwall, and
begin a war for the conquest of Brittany. She could make every citizen in
the United Kingdom, male or female, a peer; she could make every parish a
‘university’; she could dismiss most of the civil servants; she could pardon
all offenders. In a word, the Queen could by prerogative upset all the action
of civil government within the government, could disgrace the nation by a
bad war or peace, and could by disbanding our forces, whether land or sea,
leave us defenceless against foreign nations.”
It must be evident to every man of common-sense that some such power
as this sovereign is necessary in every constitution, totally distinct from the
politicians, or the civil service, or the legal profession, to restrain the
tendency of military, legal, and political orders to self-aggrandizement and
tyranny, and by putting such a power in direct contact with the people the
dangers attending its use are removed.

No power in Australia
can repeal or alter the clauses of the Imperial Act, under which, on
September 17, 1900, the late Queen's proclamation was issued, declaring
that on and after the first day of January, 1901, the people of New South
Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania, and Western
Australia should be united into a Federal Constitution, under the name of
the Commonwealth of Australia. No amendment of the Constitution,
releasing any State from its membership of the Commonwealth, can be
made either by the Federal Parliament, or by any State Legislature. New
States may be admitted into the family circle of the Commonwealth by the
Federal Parliament, but it cannot, if it desired, expel or release any State
from the Union.
The Commonwealth.
These considerations explain the circumstances that the Canadian
constitution contains no reference to the durability, or otherwise, of the
Dominion. They do not account for the fact that, whilst the indissolubility
of the Commonwealth is not affirmed by any clause in the Imperial Act, it
is recited as an accepted principle in the preamble. Why was it placed in
the preamble? The only reason which can be suggested is that the
Australian Parliament and people have a general power to amend the
constitution, and it may have been considered wise and prudent that,
coupled with a right so great and important, there should be a reminder,
placed in the fore-front of the deed of political partnership between the
federating colonies, that the union, sealed by Imperial Parliamentary
sanction, was intended by the contracting parties to be a lasting one, and
that no alteration should be suggested or attempted inconsistent with the
continuity of the Commonwealth as an integral part of the British Empire.
Maintenance of Commonwealth Unity.
I cannot see how any State could withdraw from the Commonwealth
without the authority of the Imperial Parliament. .... There is a method of obtaining redress of
State grievances without resorting to force.

Albeit clerks are apparently not allowed to be attorneys, they certainly act according to the wishes of the "judges" who are. So therefore you may see the heart of the problem. People attorn themselves by having two names.

I highly recommend that all members get a copy of John Ainsworth's book "The Federalization of the United States". It can now be downloaded for free from the North Carolina Republic website, which is http://www.ncrepublic.org
John is preparing to take a class action lawsuit into the Supreme Court of the United States (Note: this is NOT the UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT which is a private forum of the UNITED STATES, a corporation as so stated in Title 28 U.S.Code Sec. 3002(15).) Anyone interested should join the suit.
John's book has a lot of information from the U.S.A. archives and from several state archives. He does a good job of laying out how "they" took over, and who "they" are. Much of his book has already been used to shut down some federal court cases. One of which we know about is sealed and unlisted. Even though we have copies of the orginal case, with court case number, if you call the clerk of court's office, the clerk will tell you that no such number was ever issued. Hmmmm! Think they might want to hide something?

Who is God and what is his Name?
Absolute freedom, truth and power are three essential ingredients of a sovereign.

The word "sovereign" means supremacy of authority and rule which is the definition of “God”. Whoever is sovereign is in control of all things and governs all things which is “God”. For human rulers, sovereignty is coveted because of mans desire to be as gods. (Genesis 3:5) “For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil”.
For only God is sovereign his name is “I will be what I will be, aka; I am”. The Sovereign with authority granted to the Son Yehoshua Jesus, the Christ, who reigns as our Lord and Savior” over the earth. Sovereignty is undeniable and absolute because God is omnipotent. Wherever anything is, there is almighty God “I will be what I will be” and the infinity of His will and his law. And wherever God is, He is God and he is sovereign, ruling with his law over the world. All men, and all man made secular kingdoms and governments must yield to his rule or they are without the truth of God and are godless, lawless nations under the law and judgment shall fall upon them.
(1SAMUEL 2:6-10) “The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up. The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up. He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, and he hath set the world upon them. He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail. The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the LORD shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed”.
If it is true that God is the one and only true Sovereign almighty, omnipotent, all-powerful, God of the universe. The Scriptures declare this continually. Then God cannot and will not relinquish one fraction of his Sovereignty to any man or man made secular kingdom or government. And it stands to reason that in any area in which God is not Sovereign, God is no longer omnipotent thus no longer God. Therefore, for God to maintain always his omnipotence, God must maintain always his sovereignty. And their can be no other sovereigns in this world above God. For to be a sovereign and not a servant is to declare yourself to be God.
Inherent in the definition of sovereign is the freedom to rule; to do whatever God wants in whatever manner, time, and place in which it is desired by God alone. Whoever is sovereign must be absolutely free to act. Declare his law and proclaim to his people his law and his will for their lives. Not as the world defines the law but as God defines the law. If there is any area in which total freedom of action to serve God is not possible, then in that area the people of God are not free to serve their God and then they labor for other god’s under duress and force. If anything limits the authority or action of God such as a lesser god’s secular statute or ordinance, then God’s rule is less than supreme and the man made statute allegedly stands supreme and reigns over God and God’s people.
Is any man above the law? Is any State or Jurisdictional god or their servants above the law, Above God; God forbid. For the spoken and written words of God “is the law” the true law and this is the law that all men must obey or find God as their adversary and payment with their eventual destruction as a price for seeking to be gods and covet that which is Gods. But what is obedience you ask? Simple recognize that God’s word is the supreme law of this world. The one and only true law of this world, not mans *1) “Fiction of Law”. God is the Father of this world and he is the one and only true sovereign. And God will have all the glory therefore we do not fear man for true men of God fear God. But True men of God do not serve God because we fear him, we serve God because we love him. So in this case fear means love and respect.
I have heard many men say I do not fear man made government. If you abide by all their laws you have nothing to fear. Fine if you believe that Ok but I do not believe that? (Matthew 13:38) “The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked [one]…” And I have heard men say I do not fear God because I am saved by the blood of Jesus and God is a God of Love. Yes I do agree with this statement. God is the God of love he loved his children so much that he did pay our ransom to free us from the bondage of sin. And those children that are freed from bondage are free to serve him and him alone. The Lord tells us in the following scripture the definition of sin and who we are to resist. (Ephesians 6:12) “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]”. Therefore what is sin? Is it a moral mistake or is it the rejection of God altogether and servitude to other powers or principals which claim to be god? The world knows that the law of God was given from the onset of creation to Adam and had existed thousands of years and then authority was given to Yehoshua Jesus, the Christ which has existed for over 2000 years.
And still some men say well what about Romans 13 and the fact that all authority is created by God? Ok let’s look at this scripture and try and identify exactly what is authority and who is in authority. Many men do understand that God does not identify with anyone or anything that does not recognize him as the absolute sovereign God of this world? So many secular kingdoms and governments misuse Romans 13 for the gain of their individual kingdoms. Remember there is only one true kingdom to which God is continually referring to throughout the scriptures and this is his kingdom, the final kingdom of Heaven on earth. NO OTHER KINGDOM is of God and God is not a protector of ungodly kingdoms who reject his law. (Hosea 8:4) “They have set up kings, but not by me: they have made princes, and I knew [it] not: of their silver and their gold have they made them idols, that they may be cut off”. Therefore the kingdom of Heaven on earth is the only kingdom that the Lord is intent on building. This is his kingdom, the kingdom of Heaven and this kingdom will come, this is Gods will, and Gods will, will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
(Romans 13:1)
1 “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. 6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. 7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due ; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour. 8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. 9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. 11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. 13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. 14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof” .
Now let’s take a look at the scripture in Romans 13 in more detail because this is the main point that those in positions of secular power and authority claim and use when they attempt to rebuke and destroy the servants of God for ignoring ungodly customs, or tribute, the (fiction of law) of man. Let’s start with Romans 13:1 “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God”. This is true; who did God ordain and give power and authority to? His Son, Yehoshua Jesus, the Christ (Isaiah 9:60) “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace”. And (Revelation 12:50 “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and [to] his throne”. So who has authority? Yehoshua Jesus, the Christ! And who did the son grant authority? The Son anointed his servant ministers with authority. (Mark 13:34) “[For the Son of man is] as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch”. (Galatians 6:16) “And as many as walk according to this rule, peace [be] on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God”.
All other man made rulers or ministers who refuse to obey the higher authority of God reject the law and will of God. They are without authority. Man is never authority! When ungodly men are in power there is a reign of ungodly terror and fear on the earth. Ungodly force is terrorism and it causes the whole world to travail. Therefore terror and force are of the devil. Next look at Romans 13:3 “For rulers are not a terror to good works”. Is it not good to serve God and his law? Do you see? We will know righteous rulers ordained with true authority because these men rule not to cause men to terror in fear or get ungodly gain but to be honest, gentle, promoting brotherly love and service to God getting Godly gain.
All other rulers or ministers who demand that the servants of God serve wordly jurisdictional gods by terror, force, tribute or imprisonment reject the laws of God and are without authority and are not of God. Look at STATE’s they declare themselves sovereign, they declare themselves to be god. They openly and defiantly reject Gods law and promote their Fiction Of Law. Where is peace? Where is the love in turning brother against brother for money? There is no justice there in. These judicial merchants engage in commerce and promote their judicial wars for money. It is all about the money. (Micah 3:11) “The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, [Is] not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us”. And also (Ezekiel 27:13) “…thy merchants: they traded the persons of men and vessels of brass in thy market”.
These Ungodly judicial merchants are of the devil and are the Anti-Christ because they lie, deny the blood *2) redemption of the *3) redeemer of Gods people and attempt to steal that property which belongs solely to God. Remember the scripture in (Luke 20:25) “And he said unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar's, and unto God the things which be God's”. Ask yourself who owns the world? Who created the world? Who made the law? Who is in authority? And who do you serve as your sovereign God? If you serve Caesar as your god then give to Caesar but if you serve God as your God then give it All to God. Now let’s look at Roman13:4 “For he is a minister of God for thee good”. No minister of God would ever tell you to go out fornicating, whoring or committing adultery with other self proclaimed sovereigns or to serve another god as master. Tribute goes to God and God gave it to his ministers. To illustrate this point look at Genesis Chapter 14, to whom did Abraham pay his tribute? To Melchizedek a priest of the most high God not just any man, not just any kingdom or government in fact in Romans 13:8 Paul tells the people of God very plainly that the servants of God owe no man anything except love, which in this particular case simply means respect for if we respect each other then we shall have peace by accepting each others differences. We do not all have to agree on all subjects, but as brothers we should be able at a minimum to agree that we all have the right to disagree. This is love.
Remember always man made rulers and kingdoms, and their freedom to rule is always limited by God’s law. For God alone is the principal grantor of all authority. Man is not sovereign and neither are man made governments and they never will be. It is only God and God alone who is absolutely free to act as He will. Sovereignty is essential to the Godhead and the survival of this world.
God commands his people. (Exodus 20:3) “Thou shalt have no other gods before me”.
If there is any area in which God is not free to do whatever He wills, then in that area He is no longer God supreme; and if some man or secular kingdom or government has declared them selves to be sovereign, to be a god. We know one is false for there are not two sovereign’s in God's creation. If another people declare their selves to be sovereign over the world or even a portion of the world then there will eventually come a collision of power against all secular force which fails to yield to God’s authority. Only one will be the God supreme.
The World has become very comfortable using of the word “STATE” as being synonymous with sovereign which means god. States declare them selves to be sovereign with their own manufactured secular “FICTION OF LAW”. Many people accept these gods and many people serve these gods. But should Gods peculiar people his special treasure be forced to serve the laws of these gods when Gods people have law Gods law? (Romans 6:16) “Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?”
*4) As of the date of January 20, 2001, there were 191 World STATES recognized by the UNITED NATIONS and 63 dependencies of Special sovereignty and many other sovereign STATES not limited to the *5) 50 STATES of the UNITED STATES and no where in any of their list will you find the name of God or the name of the Son, the Christ or mention of his law. All STATE’s have by their own admission have proclaimed them selves to be god. How? Each STATE has declared them selves to be sovereign. Each alleged sovereign has their own individual separate “Fiction of Law” which they manufactured to declare them selves “Sovereign” and erect their private jurisdictions. The STATES declare openly and defiantly that they are sovereign which means without God and without the jurisdiction of God and without the laws of God as written in the Holy Bible the Law composed of the Books of The King James Bible, Authorized Version, Anno Domini, sixteen hundred and eleven.
But I would like to put it more plainly. A conspiracy exists in the world today against God and his law. (Ezekiel 22:25) “[There is] a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof”. By declaring custom of man to be law when it is really “Fiction of Law”. Men who deny God are therefore the Anti-Christ and through fiction and lie have men sought to rule over God’s creation, God’s people and attempted to make Heaven their footstool and all men their slaves. So God commands his people to leave her and ignore her or suffer her sins. (Revelation 18:4) “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues”.
STATE gods act criminally lawless and deceive many honest men under many cloaks of darkness, secrecy, non-disclosure and disinformation and they defy openly the law of God. (John 8:44) “Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it”. So does Christ Yehoshua Jesus reign? (Revelation 11:15) “And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become [the kingdoms] of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever”.
With all due respect to these STATE Business CORPORATION gods who engage in commerce. If you will declare that your laws are not above the laws of God, assume jurisdiction or force the people of God to serve you as gods you may prosper if the Lord is willing. But you have set yourselves up in consort with one another, a conspiracy with ungodly alliances, compacts and trade agreements to increase and insure your kingdom assets and power as gods by declaring you are the only *6) Sovereigns currently on the earth. You have portioned out the earth dividing the plunder counting your spoils and erected fenced cities (jurisdictions) without Gods law and without Gods authority. God has turned his back on you. (Psalms 9:17) “The wicked shall be turned into hell, [and] all the nations that forget God.” The prophet Zephaniah throughout chapter 1 and 2 foretells of the destruction of the lands of other gods who force Gods people to worship their man made civil customs as god and God warns these jurisdictional gods to repent and “let his people go” but for those gods who rebel he warns of the consequences.(Zephaniah 2:9) “Therefore as I live, saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Surely Moab shall be as Sodom, and the children of Ammon as Gomorrah, even the breeding of nettles, and saltpits, and a perpetual desolation: the residue of my people shall spoil them, and the remnant of my people shall possess them. This shall they have for their pride, because they have reproached and magnified themselves against the people of the LORD of hosts. The LORD will be terrible unto them: for he will famish all the gods of the earth; and men shall worship him, every one from his place, even all the isles of the heathen”. This destruction is proclaimed against the fenced cities (jurisdictions of man), who deny Gods people the freedom to support our families, the freedom to work without burden, the freedom to serve the supreme law of the Supreme God “I will be what I will be”. (Zephaniah 1:16) “A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities and against the high towers”. And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung. Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD'S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land’.
God created this earth not man and man was given the earth with simple direction obey the voice of God. So look at the legal system of man even their manufactured STATE Courts are erected to do their bidding through their hired employee judges who serve the guise of justice, through the goddess JUSTICE and they rule that they are sovereign in their law. The STATE’s have granted themselves and their hired fiduciary employees (police, prosecutors, lawyers, judges, politicians, and all other STATE workers) licenses to jail, kill and steal with *7) sovereign immunity from prosecution from their “Fiction of Law” and the Fiction’s of Law of other jurisdictions under the guise that they are doing their jobs and serving the will of their STATE god under the ruse of public interest. Open your eyes do not be fooled these fiduciary employee (police, prosecutors, lawyers, judges, politicians, and all other STATE workers) are agents with a fiduciary obligation first to their employer the STATE god not to the people.
STATE god’s claim they have jurisdiction, lordship over the soil so if a man travels into their self proclaimed boundaries, into the self proclaimed jurisdiction of a demigod then that man is bound to serve that STATE as their new god. This is not true it is forbidden by law to serve any other God before the living God. The whole world is Gods and the fullness thereof and the whole world is under the law of God. Therefore STATE demigods are lawless trespassers against God who manufacture law which is called “FICTION OF LAW”. STATE’s claim that if a man sojourns or as they like to put it with the use of legal definitions and word trickery resides on the soil claimed by one of these demigods then that man is a STATE “citizen” or is subject to jurisdiction of that STATE god. Not so the whole world is Gods and Gods law reigns over all jurisdictional State gods and their Fictions of Law. But look at the word citizen this is a key word as it means in Webster’s dictionary “A person owing allegiance to a State or Monarch or other Sovereign.
Warning Notice:
We know that the devil is a liar and the father of liars and State gods are masters of fiction as they change the definitions of thousands of words and give each word many different meanings which no man can possibly know or understand unless trained in their ways of deception. Why do they do this? Simple for the protection of their special interest assets and the acquisition of riches off the back of the working mans labors. I call it word craft and word art, offer and acceptance, illusion and deception. (John 8:44) “Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” This system of justice is nothing more than fraud, lies and deception as it operates without disclosure and preys on honest unsuspecting hard working people as prey. (Daniel 7:25) “And he shall speak [great] words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.”
But I have faith no matter what words they use or offer’s they claim I have accepted. I know that my words will be twisted and brought as a sword against me in their courts of perverted justice. (Isaiah 59:4) “None calleth for justice, nor [any] pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.”
Remember always we are servants of God and the words they use are their words and All their one sided contracts are void worthless as dust. Words are only words and the intent of our heart never changed no matter what webs they weave or attempt to achieve with their deceptions of legal fiction and word magic. The servants of STATE gods are double minded and they number their slaughters with pleasure and boast of their victories of deception. They count the labor of honest men who labor as their own. This also is a lie for the labor is Gods and to labor for man is vanity.
They know and count on the fact that honest men use words plainly. But an honest, innocent word or act in the hands of a double minded deceiver becomes a sword for destruction for the fulfilling of the STATE’s private lusts for power and gain. Repent you double minded. (James 4:8) “Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse [your] hands, [ye] sinners; and purify [your] hearts, [ye] double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.”
Men who serve Nations who pervert justice and the truth, for money and gain must repent or it is your words and deeds that become the sword of your destruction on your day of judgment. (1Timothy 6:10) “For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.” (Matthew 16:26) “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Hebrews 4:12) “For the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
STATE gods claim they have jurisdiction over commerce on their alleged soil and if a man engages in any form of trading or labor or attempts to support his family on the soil then he is engaged in commerce. What? STATE gods claim that man has accepted the jurisdiction and lordship of the STATE when he labors for value or exchanges goods for value thus accepting the UCC-Uniform Commercial Code and the STATE as god. This claim is an absolute lie. Mighty men who serve STATE gods come out of the darkness, declare to the people the truth which is your “Fiction of Law” is subject to Gods supremacy publish it and prove yourselves acceptable to God. (1Timothy 2:3) “For this [is] good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour…” STATE’s engage in commerce NOT man. Look up the word “commerce” in Webster’s Dictionary it means “Exchange of goods, products, or property, as between states or nations”. Now look at the following scripture from the book of Matthew. (Matthew 13:45) “…the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls…”
Is it Godly and honorable to be an honest merchant for God and your family and labor honestly for God and your family? Absolutely! For this is a command of God and required under his law. (1Timothy 5:8) “But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel”. And every man who labors for God shall enjoy the fruit of his labor as a gift from God and not a gift or benefit from the STATE. (Ecclesiastes 3:13) “…every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it [is] the gift of God”. Give it all to God, all the Glory. Glory be to God who is the giver of all gifts, and the provider of all rights and privileges for even the STATE gods benefit from the bounty that God provides.
STATE gods use “Fiction Of Law” word trickery and deception to prepare men as lambs for a slaughter. (2Peter 2:3) “And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not”. The Lord says we can be citizens of Heaven and work on the earth and engage in trade on the earth without being slaves to other gods. (Psalms 50:12) “…for the world [is] mine, and the fulness thereof”. And also (Acts 17:24) “God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth…”.
But if STATE gods deny the law and redemption of the Christ and demand of Gods peculiar people an exaction of money, obediance and worship. Then they claim that portion which belongs solely to God through cunning and terror their ways are forced upon men with their self proclaimed sovereignty and “Fiction of Law”. Lord we pray, protect us, for if there is force then there is no freedom to worship, and no freedom to serve God. But the Lord will avenge us!
And when the end comes it shall come swiftly upon those who serve the goddess JUSTICE for they have been given notice. “Revelation 18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies”. Who are these merchants? They are the State multi jurisdictional gods who use force and their manufactured laws of commerce to generate revenue for their STATE CORPORATIONS off the backs of hardworking men. These ungodly merchants disguised as public servants force their laws of trade and restraint of trade with threats and force from their armies of police and armies of war upon all men through the customs of men under a coalition of forces to include many STATE jurisdictional gods. These State jurisdictional gods use the goddess JUCTICE aka; Maat, Dike, Justicia, etc. to fulfill their will not Gods will. (2Corinthians 11:14) “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.” The goddess Justice allegedly sits as the keeper of truth, and law and order. When in reality the STATES have made JUSTICE their whore and she serves all the jurisdictional STATE merchants gods of the world. (Revelation 17:1) “And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters…”. What other power acting as the angel of light can command armies to make war with the saints but the STATE gods and their whore the goddess JUSTICE. (Revelation 17:14) “These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.”
Men who labor are not engaged in commerce. Men have the unalienable right to work and trade to support their family no matter what any lesser god or STATE god claims. As God is the God of gods and yes even the God of commerce and the fiction STATE’s. All men have an undeniable right to provide an abundant life for themselves and their families. They have a right to prosper a right to live, a right to worship free from oppression and tyranny. This is not commerce this is all men’s unalienable right granted to all men by God and the Lord and Savior of this World Yehoshua Jesus, the Christ.
(Luke 19:9) “And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham. 10 For the Son of man is come to seek to to save that which was lost. 11 And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear. 12 He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. 13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. 14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us. 15 And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. 16 Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds. 17 And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities. 18 And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds. 19 And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities. 20 And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin: 21 For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow. 22 And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow: 23 Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury? 24 And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds. 25 (And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds.) 26 For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him. 27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.” See also; (Matthew 25:13)
The last point I will make is this; the error of the STATE gods is that they are not sovereign as they would like us to think. These lesser gods are all bound under the law as no man or government is above the law not even STATE or jurisdictional gods. They are ALL subject to the Law of God as written in the book of law the King James Bible. All State gods who reject or deny the laws of God or act in consort with other gods are of the devil as they deceive by force and threats and declare that all men are beholding to worship and serve them as fiction gods.
The people of God do NOT become property or subject to the jurisdiction of fiction gods even when trading with them. Look at Abraham in Genesis 23 which makes this point clear when making an exchange of value with the land of Canaan.
(Genesis 23:1-23) “And Sarah was an hundred and seven and twenty years old: these were the years of the life of Sarah. And Sarah died in Kirjatharba; the same is Hebron in the land of Canaan: and Abraham came to mourn for Sarah, and to weep for her. And Abraham stood up from before his dead, and spake unto the sons of Heth, saying, I am a stranger and a sojourner with you: give me a possession of a buryingplace with you, that I may bury my dead out of my sight. And the children of Heth answered Abraham, saying unto him, Hear us, my lord: thou art a mighty prince among us: in the choice of our sepulchres bury thy dead; none of us shall withhold from thee his sepulchre, but that thou mayest bury thy dead. And Abraham stood up, and bowed himself to the people of the land, even to the children of Heth. And he communed with them, saying, If it be your mind that I should bury my dead out of my sight; hear me, and intreat for me to Ephron the son of Zohar, That he may give me the cave of Machpelah, which he hath, which is in the end of his field; for as much money as it is worth he shall give it me for a possession of a buryingplace amongst you. And Ephron dwelt among the children of Heth: and Ephron the Hittite answered Abraham in the audience of the children of Heth, even of all that went in at the gate of his city, saying, Nay, my lord, hear me: the field give I thee, and the cave that is therein, I give it thee; in the presence of the sons of my people give I it thee: bury thy dead. And Abraham bowed down himself before the people of the land. And he spake unto Ephron in the audience of the people of the land, saying, But if thou wilt give it , I pray thee, hear me: I will give thee money for the field; take it of me, and I will bury my dead there. And Ephron answered Abraham, saying unto him, My lord, hearken unto me: the land is worth four hundred shekels of silver; what is that betwixt me and thee? bury therefore thy dead. And Abraham hearkened unto Ephron; and Abraham weighed to Ephron the silver, which he had named in the audience of the sons of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, current money with the merchant. The people of God seek peace. When fiction gods make war with the saints they declare war on God. I pray that the STATE’s will repent from the error of their ways. God is not against other gods he only against other gods who force their will upon his peculiar people and require them to worship the STATE as a supreme god. Man is no longer property of the STATE when he serves the law of God. (Philippians 2:20) “For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state.”

The assumption that a certain thing is true, and which gives to a person or thing a quality which is not natural to it, and consequently establishes, a certain disposition, which, without the fiction, would be repugnant to reason and to truth. It is an order of things which does not exist, but which the law prescribes or authorizes. It differs from presumption because it establishes as true, something which is false; whereas presumption supplies the proof of something true.
The law never feigns what is impossible. Fiction is like art; it imitates nature, but never disfigures it. It aids truth, but it ought never to destroy it. It may well suppose that what was possible, but which does not exist; but it will never feign that what was impossible actually is.
Fictions were invented by the Roman praetors who, not possessing the power to abrogate the law, were nevertheless willing to derogate from it under the pretence of doing equity. Fiction is the resource of weakness which, in order to obtain its object, assumes as a fact what is known to be contrary to truth: when the legislator desires to accomplish his object, he need not feign, he commands. Fictions of law owe their origin to the legislative usurpations of the bench.
It is said that every fiction must be framed according to the rules of law, and that every legal fiction must have equity for its object. To prevent their evil effects, they are not allowed to be carried further than the reasons which introduced them necessarily require.
The law abounds in fictions. That an estate is in abeyance; the doctrine of remitter, by which a party who has been disseised of his freehold and afterwards acquires a defective title, is remitted to his former good title; that one thing done today, is considered as done at a preceding time by the doctrine of relation; that because one thing is proved, another shall be presumed to be true, which is the case in all presumptions; that the heir, executor, and administrator stand by representation in the place of the deceased are all fictions of law. "Our various introduction of John Doe and Richard Roe; our solemn process upon disseisin by Hugh Hunt; our casually losing and finding a ship (which never was in Europe) in the parish of St. Mary Le Bow, in the ward of Cheap; our trying the validity of a will by an imaginary wager of five pounds; our imagining and compassing the king's death, by giving information which may defeat an attack upon an enemy's settlement in the antipodes; our charge of picking a pocket or forging a bill with force and arms; of neglecting to repair a bridge, against the peace of the king, his crown and dignity are circumstances, which, looked at by themselves, would convey an impression of no very favorable nature, with respect to the wisdom of our jurisprudence."
*2) Eastons Bible Dictionary: Redemption - the purchase back of something that had been lost, by the payment of a ransom. The Greek word so rendered is apolutrosis, a word occurring nine times in Scripture, and always with the idea of a ransom or price paid, i.e., redemption by a lutron (see Matt. 20:28; Mark 10:45). There are instances in the LXX. Version of the Old Testament of the use of lutron in man's relation to man (Lev. 19:20; 25:51; Ex. 21:30; Num. 35:31, 32; Isa. 45:13; Prov. 6:35), and in the same sense of man's relation to God (Num. 3:49; 18:15).
There are many passages in the New Testament which represent Christ's sufferings under the idea of a ransom or price, and the result thereby secured is a purchase or redemption (comp. Acts 20:28; 1 Cor. 6:19, 20; Gal. 3:13; 4:4, 5; Eph. 1:7; Col. 1:14; 1 Tim. 2:5, 6; Titus 2:14; Heb. 9:12; 1 Pet. 1:18, 19; Rev. 5:9). The idea running through all these texts, however various their reference, is that of payment made for our redemption. The debt against us is not viewed as simply cancelled, but is fully paid. Christ's blood or life, which he surrendered for them, is the "ransom" by which the deliverance of his people from the servitude of sin and from its penal consequences is secured. It is the plain doctrine of Scripture that "Christ saves us neither by the mere exercise of power, nor by his doctrine, nor by his example, nor by the moral influence which he exerted, nor by any subjective influence on his people, whether natural or mystical, but as a satisfaction to divine justice, as an expiation for sin, and as a ransom from the curse and authority of the law, thus reconciling us to God by making it consistent with his perfection to exercise mercy toward sinners" (Hodge's Systematic Theology).

Sovereignty is the exclusive right to exercise supreme authority over a geographic region, group of people, or oneself. Sovereignty over a nation is generally vested in a government or other political agency, though there are cases where it is held by an individual. A monarch who rules a sovereign country can also be referred to as the sovereign of that country. The concept of sovereignty also pertains to a government possessing full control over its own affairs within a territorial or geographical area or limit.
Sovereignty in certain contexts
In international law, the important concept of sovereignty refers to the exercise of power by a state. De jure sovereignty refers to the legal right to do so; de facto sovereignty the ability in fact to do so (which becomes of special concern upon the failure of the usual expectation that de jure and de facto sovereignty exist at the place and time of concern, and rest in the same organization). Foreign governments recognize the sovereignty of a state over a territory, or refuse to do so.
For instance, in theory, both the People's Republic of China and the Republic of China considered themselves sovereign governments over the whole territory of mainland China and Taiwan. Some foreign governments recognize the Republic of China as the valid state, most now recognize the People's Republic of China. However, de facto, the People's Republic of China exercises sovereign power over mainland China, while the Republic of China exercises sovereign power over Taiwan. Since ambassadors are only exchanged between sovereign high parties, the countries recognizing the People's Republic often entertain de facto but not de jure diplomatic relationships with Taiwan by maintaining 'offices of representation', such as the American Institute in Taiwan, rather than embassies there.
Tribal sovereignty refers to the right of tribes or of federally recognized American Indian nations to exercise limited jurisdiction within and sometimes beyond reservation boundaries.
Two entities without territorial possessions are recognized as sovereign subjects under international law, namely Holy See (separate entity in international law vis-á-vis Vatican City) and Order of Malta.
The etymology of the word sovereignty, with origins in the Latin super, conveys the idea of "overness".
In some regions of the world, such as Quebec, the word "sovereignty" has become the preferred synonym for national independence. Compare the Maori term rangatiratanga, and the concept of self-determination.

Different views of sovereignties
There exist vastly differing views on the moral bases of sovereignty. These views translate into various bases for legal systems:
• Partisans of the divine right of kings argue that the monarch is sovereign by divine right, and not by the agreement of the people. This, pushed to its conclusion, translates into a system of absolute monarchy.
• Most democracies are based on the concept of popular sovereignty: ultimately, sovereignty is vested in the people, who freely grant the exercise of it to the government.
• Anarchists and some libertarians deny the sovereignty of states and governments.
• Supporters of democratic globalization consider that nation-states should yield some of their power to world organization controlled by world citizens instead of being organized as now in an intergovernmental basis
The key element of sovereignty in the legalistic sense is that of exclusivity of jurisdiction.
Specifically, when a decision is made by a sovereign entity, it cannot generally be overruled by a higher authority. Further, it is generally held that another legal element of sovereignty requires not only the legal right to exercise power, but the actual exercise of such power. ("no de jure sovereignty without de facto sovereignty") In other words, neither claiming/being proclaimed Sovereign, nor merely exercising the power of a Sovereign is sufficient, sovereignty requires both elements.
Sovereignty and federalism
Federal systems of government, such as that of the United States, sovereignty also refers to powers a state-government has independently of the federal government.
The question whether the individual states, particularly the so-called 'Confederate States' of the American Union remained sovereign became a matter of debate in the USA, especially in its first century:
• According to the theory of John C. Calhoun, the states had entered into an agreement from which they might withdraw if other parties broke the terms of agreement, and they remained sovereign. Calhoun contributed to the theoretical basis for acts of secession, as occurred just before the American Civil War. However, Calhoun propounded this as part of a general theory of "nullification", in which a state had the right to refuse to accept any Federal law that it found to be objectionable. These self-same southern states refused to accept that non-slave states had any such nullificatory right and insisted that the Federal government enforce the Fugitive Slave Act over any state's attempt to nullify it. Therefore, to accept the Calhoun doctrine, one would have to likewise admit that the southern states only applied it when it was to their own advantage, throwing it away when it was inconvenient.
• According to the theory expounded in the Federalist party, the individual states did not, after the formation of the constitution, remain completely sovereign: they retained possession of certain attributes of sovereignty, while others were ceded to the Federal government; while many states existed, only one sovereign survived. Even if the origin was a compact or contract, after the "United States" were formed by a "constitutional act" there no longer existed a mere contractual relation: there existed a state to which all were subject, and which all must obey.
• According to Austin: In the case of a composite state or a supreme federal government, the several united governments of the several united societies together with a government common to these several societies, hold joint sovereignty in each of these several societies and also in the larger society arising from the federal union, the several governments of the several united societies remain jointly sovereign in each and all. *7) SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY; The 'Lectric Law Library's Lexicon On
SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY - A doctrine precluding the institution of a suit against the sovereign [government] without its consent. Though commonly believed to be rooted in English law, it is actually rooted in the inherent nature of power and the ability of those who hold power to shield themselves.
In England it was predicated on the concept that "the sovereign can do no wrong", a concept developed and enforced by - guess who? However, since the American revolution explictedly rejected this interesting idea, the American rulers had to come up with another rationale to protect their power. One they came up with is that the "sovereign is exempt from suit [on the] practical ground that there can be no legal right against the authority that makes the law on which the right depends." 205 U.S. 349, 353.
"[S]tatutes waiving the sovereign immunity of the United States must be`construed strictly in favor of the sovereign." McMahon v. United States, 342 U.S. 25, 27 (1951).
11 U.S.C. S 106, "Waiver of Sovereign Immunity," provides:
(a) A governmental unit is deemed to have waived sovereign immunity with respect to any claim against such governmental unit that is property of the estate and that arose out of the same transaction or occurrence out of which such governmental unit's claim arose.
The interest served by federal sovereign immunity (the United States' freedom from paying damages without Congressional consent)
Federal sovereign immunity is readily distinguishable from the states' immunity under the Eleventh Amendment and foreign governments' immunity under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. The latter two doctrines allow one sovereign entity the right to avoid, altogether, being subjected to litigation in another sovereign's courts. Pullman Constr., 23 F.3d at 1169. Similar sovereignty concerns are not implicated by the maintenance of suit against the United States in federal court. Federal sovereign immunity has had such broad exceptions carved out of it that, as Pullman Construction concluded, "Congress, on behalf of the United States, has surrendered any comparable right not to be a litigant in its own courts." Id. In the present day, federal sovereign immunity serves merely to channel litigation into the appropriate avenue for redress, ensuring that "No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law." Pullman Constr. at 1168 (quoting Art. I, section 9, cl. 7).
Federal sovereign immunity is a defense to liability rather than a right to be free from trial.
The Supreme Court has ruled that in a case involving the government's sovereign immunity the statute in question must be strictly construed in favor of the sovereign and may not be enlarged beyond the waiver its language expressly requires. Interesting doer,
I once dated a woman from St. Petersburg Russia which was here with a group of about fourteen other young women as "sex-slaves" of some unruly crowd of scoundrels. Our friendship lasted for about 3 months, and of her "group" of misled slavs, under the lies and deceptions of their slavetrading hordes of swines, she was the only one to return to her native homeland, her family, siblings and friends. I will never forget the waves of farewell during our final goodby, as well as tears of a joyous awakening.
One less "piece of meat" for the merchants of evil!

According to an assistant United States attorney in Miami who developed the case, the submarine was going to travel to a point off the coast of the United States. Then drugs, packed into capsules attached to buoys, would be fired through the submarine's torpedo tubes and float at sea until speedboats made the pickup. Fainberg, who went by the nickname Tarzan, eventually pleaded guilty to racketeering."
