I have a motive to start a local assembly (free church), non-501c3 and non-incorporated.

I visited the hushmoney dot org website and found the knowledge they claim to have to be worth my frns.
Back in 2006, I tried to order products from their website. I kept getting an error message referring me to contact the web-administrator. Finding no contact info for a web-admin at hushmoney I quit.

Then earlier in 2007, I re-tried to order products again I get the same error message, and I'm not wasting my time trying to contact any admin.

The functionality for donations works error-free, and the functionality for requesting scheduling of formal speaking engagement works error-free also.

Errors appear only for ordering products.

I gave a call to the "heal our land ministries" (hushmoney dot org) and left a message asking for an order form. I got no reply/response and it has been a couple months.

Hushmoney appears to not want to sell any products. So I am prepared to buy hushmoney's products from elsewhere.

1 Does anyone know of some someone who is would be willing to copy his originals from hushmoney and exchange the copies for some frns?

2 Would someone please refer me to any other ministry and/or website that shows exact steps of how to start a free church?

mikah2k,

forget about husmoney. They have not responded to me for YEARS. Contact Gregory Williams at http://www.hisholychurch.net. HHC has set up free churches all over the country.

For the benefit of fellow seekers, I found a pdf that details the steps.

http://www.servantsnews.com/PDF/forfre01.pdf

I believe some of the steps can be improved such as the opening of a bank account without ssn by using a w-8 or w-8ben from famguardian.org

Oh yeah! Here's a couple searches for w-8 on famguardian.org:

http://www.google.com/custom?q=w-8+bank&sitesearch=famguardian.org
http://www.google.com/custom?q=w-8ben+bank&sitesearch=famguardian.org

That last link (start a free church) didn't work for me, but this one does!

Thanks, mikah2k; be blessed.

Jay Scott.

I tried the link to the PDF file and it is broken.

Also, be careful with the w-8 forms and such. You must be part of a real congregation or gathered group of ministers to be considered excluded by the world. Too much of this freedom technology focuses on individuals instead of families and congregations doing the coming out as a whole. Don't run too far ahead or the wolves will pick you off. Work on getting gathered together in God's Name and Mode of Character, and freedom will follow. Save any goverment forms for after you have a congregation.

Berkano,
I fixed the link. Thanks for the advice.

In re "individuals instead of families", if I first have to find another family before mine is part of a local congregation then I might be waiting a long time. Amos 3:3 says "Can two walk together, except they be agreed?"

How many do you suggest should be in the group before commencement of the local congregation?

I concur a group would be better. Are not two or three gathered in His name sufficient to make a local congregation?

one = man, or woman, of God
two or three (gathered in His name) = a local congregation

I expect that once the local congregation is established, the Lord will add to the local congregation daily such as should be saved (Acts 2:47). If that daily number is zero, then so be it.

In re "be careful with the w-8 forms" : the w-8 happens to be a form that one can modify or create on one's own. I have seen a bank form from a bank that uses its own w-8, instead of the irs w-8ben, for non-U.S. citizens to open accounts without government taxpayer id numbers.

It is legally more harmful to be running around with taxpayer id numbers than going about the Father's business with a w-8 that you created.

Yet, for the Reader who has not checked into these matters, I agree BE CAREFUL, but get knowledge, wisdom and understanding.

In re "wolves will pick you off", if you are ordained of the Almighty to be picked off, you cannot avoid it by any means (Acts 4:28); so give praise that you are counted worthy to suffer for your testimony. For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing. (I Peter 3:17)

Thank you for sharing your concern in the form of a warning.

P.S.

I like the jural society handbook idea. May you prosper in compiling and completing it. If I could offer some valuable knowledge, I would.
