The Bible tells us when we have problems with one outside the believers to go with a brother in Christ, with witnesses.etc... Finally to their head officer.
I had heard that when a court is totally ignoring their oaths of office, jurisdiction and in this case even an appeal into Federal District Court.. the next step is to contact the Adjutant General ??? Any Thoughts ???? Any ifon ??? Thanks

Owenbrittont,
JAG's are BAR MEMBERS, and even within their de-facto jurisdiction, USFPA "rules" is an example of its far reaching tentacles.
This is interesting... CLICK ->HERE

And writting of "not being yoked with the unclean," the following should shed some light: CLICK HERE

Hello Owen,

Well, if you have standing as a Citizen on the Land, i.e. a "Man on the Land" under original jurisdiction, then the person to go to is prescribed in Title 50 USC Appx - Trading With the Enemy Act.

But, you must truly be a Citizen on the Land or bringing such an action will result in your incarceration.

Peace to all,

Lewis-Vincent

I just want to point out the problem. It often comes down to a mentality that I have been examining lately.

David Merrill.

Greetings David,

Well, the problem with the guy on quatloos is that he obviously has not read 31 CFR 300 ff. If he had, then he would know that he is required by law to file a tax return as he is the fiduciary of the public vessel, until revoked, and as fiduciary the Law requires him to file a tax return for the trust every 12 months. This Law predates the creation of both the U.S. Code and the CFR. You can't get around it. It is a Law from when there was real money in circulation.

So, as long as you are a U.S. citizen, i.e. have a SSN or have ever had one or ever paid into SS, then you are liable. Period!

It is so simple.

Peace,

Lewis-Vincent
