I think the question is better phrased "ARE you in the Kingdom of God."
If attitude means "disposition, posture" then I think attitude is a result of whether one is "in the Kingdom of God" or not, rather than a determining factor.
A determining factor that comes to my mind is awareness, acknowledgement, ...of that which is greater than this physical perception.
Now that I think of it, best to define "in the Kingdom of God" first.
