It’s odd how we accept, in this present age, many terms or words that we don’t even know the meanings of. A prime example of this is the meaning of the word PERSON. Moreso, meanings can be descriptive or political, as well as legalistic. How many times have you noticed the use of the word resident in your daily life? Do you have any idea what it means to be a resident? Most believe that a resident is a citizen of a particular state or nation or local community. Some have no idea what it means to be a resident. After reading this report, you will have no doubt what it means. |

I'm learning to decline the delicacies, often offered without a clearly delineated connection to the source of the benefit. Had my mind been sufficiently reformatted to respond more fully in truth, when asked "What is your ZIP code?" by a store cashier, I would have replied, "The Postal Service owns all of those. I don't have one." When they get confused, ask if they have to have one.

You are so insightful. You see that the youth of america and the world for that matter are being brainwashed by the "Cult of Justice" the "Cult Law and Order" the world largest religion. Billions and Billions of people currently worship the beast.
Revelation 19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
But we cannot blame them for they know not what they do! They are taught from their youth to follow the policies of man (they have been lied to and told that policy is law) and any one who does not agree with or follow the public policy is a criminal.
It is these leaders of the world that are criminals for they have conspired against God to steal that which belongs to God.
The earth and the inhabitants thereof. Through brainwashing, fear, force, terrosim, imprisonment, etc. etc. These buccaneers attempt to plunder.
And Manuel I know you know. No man can see or hear the truth that you talk about unless the Holy Spirit of God ministers the truth to Him. You are truly blessed and annointed.
Fortunately for us God has provided a way for his kingdom to endure so the gates of hell will not prevail against it.
It involves redemption, beleif, faith and works. We must openly confess our Lord and deny the beast.
We must pick up the sword which God has given to us and put on our breast plate and stand ready for battle. God will do the rest. For we are in war with the Anti Christ. The sword of truth and word of God are an invinsible weapon to the armies of the beast kingdoms who serve Satan.
1John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
Revelation 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him [are] called, and chosen, and faithful.
We must step out and believe, free from fear and shed the the darkness of the devil and believe. James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
Christ has dobe the rest.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
And all the devils will tremble when faced with the truth. For they desire the cover of darkness and prey on the innocent ones the children and prevent them from hearing the truth.
Luke 18:16 But Jesus called them [unto him], and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
But we know the truth so it is for us to claim for them the truth and tell them the truth so that they may be made whole and alive through Christ.

The Holy Spirit has given me many new things which I have written that will help our family of our Lord defeat the Anti-Christ.
The truth will set you free.
Bless You Brothers

Posted - 20 Sep 2005 : 23:45:11 We must be ever vigilant, specially after the many years of many accepting that falling to the lesser of two evils serves as a less strangle hold than the other evil. We must be ever vigilant, specially during these times, being highly observant of the past, understanding that when a corrupt crown needs to change its fashion, his many gods turn it to a corrupt clown. Not that this won't repeat itself, as present and past history has played that game many times, but to understand that being peculiar does enable the El-ect to see and hear the difference and come out of it, even if it means it all.
Following is a reminder:
Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto
In the early '60's during the days of the "former" Soviet Union, Russian Premier Nikita Kruschev pounded his shoe on the podium of the United Nations and shouted to the West, "We will bury you!" Fearing an invasion from the Reds, America proceeded to build the most awesome military machine in history. Unfortunately, we forgot to guard our political homefront from being taken over by socialist - communist - liberal activists who would gain office and destroy American law by process of gradually installing the Communist agenda within our legal system and seperate branches of government. The Communist program from the start has been one which sees their revolution of 1917 succesful only upon total domination of the world. (See Brain Washing, A Synthesis of the Russian Textbook on Psychopolitics)
Americans, being the most naive people among the nations, now believe that Communism is dead because the Berlin Wall and the Iron Curtain have been removed. The ironic truth is that Communism has just switched names to become more "politically correct". Today it is called international democracy. The reason that the Berlin Wall came crashing down is not because Communism is dead but because they have achieved the planned agenda to communize the West, including America. Washington D.C. has indeed become part of the New World Order of atheist governments. With the last vestiges of Christian law having been removed from "American government" over the last twenty years, there is no longer a threat of resistance against world Communism. In reality, "American government" became part of the Iron Curtain, thus there was no more need for the likes of a Berlin Wall.
Once again, in their foolishness, the American public has believed the lies of their "leaders" who applaud "the fall of Communism", while they have sold out the country to anti-Christian, anti-American statutes and regulations on the federal, state, and local levels. Posted below is a comparison of the original ten planks of the Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx in 1848, along with the American adopted counterpart of each of the planks, The American people have truly been "buried in Communism" by their own politicians of both the Republican and Democratic parties. One other thing to remember, Karl Marx was stating in the Communist Manifesto that these planks will test whether a country has become commmunist or not. If they are all in effect and in force the country IS communist. Communism, but by any other name...??
1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rent to public purpose.
The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), and various zoning, school & property taxes. Also the Bureau of Land Management.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
Misapplication of the 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913, The Social Security Act of 1936.; Joint House Resolution 192 of 1933; and various State "income" taxes. We call it "paying your fair share".
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
We call it Federal & State estate Tax (1916); or reformed Probate Laws, and limited inheritance via arbitrary inheritance tax statutes.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
We call in government seizures, tax liens, Public "law" 99-570 (1986);
Executive order 11490, sections 1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development; the imprisonment of "terrorists" and those who speak out or write against the "government" (1997 Crime/Terrorist Bill); or the IRS confiscation of property without due process.
5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.
We call it the Federal Reserve which is a credit/debt system nationally organized by the Federal Reserve act of 1913. All local banks are members of the Fed system, and are regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
6. Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in the hands of the State.
We call it the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated through the ICC act of 1887, the Commissions Act of 1934, The Interstate Commerce Commission established in 1938, The Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communications Commission, and Executive orders 11490, 10999, as well as State mandated driver's licenses and Department of Transportation regulations.
7. Extention of factories and instruments of production owned by the State, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
We call it corporate capacity, The Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture. As well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Evironmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations.
8. Equal liablity of all to labor. Establishment of Industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
We call it the Social Security Administration and The Department of Labor. The National debt and inflation caused by the communal bank has caused the need for a two "income" family. Woman in the workplace since the 1920's, the 19th amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, assorted Socialist Unions, affirmative action, the Fedral Public Works Program and of course Executive order 11000.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.
We call it the Planning Reorganization act of 1949 , zoning (Title 17 1910-1990) and Super Corporate Farms, as well as Executive orders 11647, 11731 (ten regions) and Public "law" 89-136.
10. Free education for all children in government schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc. etc.
People are being taxed to support what we call 'public' schools, which train the young to work for the communal debt system. We also call it the Department of Education, the NEA and Outcome Based "Education" .
So I ask you...does changing the words, change the end result? By using different words is it all of a sudden OK????? We are so "smart," aren't we??

We are the people of God. We do not serve State policies or words. We serve God.
We carry always Gods word as our sword when we battle the beast. Please do not be decieved and pick up the sword of lies the law of the State. This is the sword of the devil and it is a trap and will always defeat us. Fore by picking up the law of the State we enter into acceptance and seal our fate to the hands of the wicked.
God said let my people go. We must proclaim this always. We are free by the blood of the lamb.
So believe and step out and pick up the sword of Christs redemption.
Remember always that words such as Resident, Domicile, etc are terms of the Private Law, which is nothing more than public Policy called the law of the private business of the State. This private policy is for the servants, citizens and people who serve Sin" and worship the State as god!
It is none of our business or Gods business it is the business of the devil.
Remember also that even the State is subject to the law of God as written in the Holy Bible. No man or Group is above the Law, the true Law of the creator God. The Bible.
The systems of private rules and public policies called law are all created by the State for the state to enrich the "Private Business" called the State. It is the design of evil men to trap and ensnare all men and make them slaves and worship the state.
Everything Is About Human Trafficking Lets look and compare the following isssues.
God's Law Is Over 4000 Years Old-Never Changing. vs Constitutional Law Approximately 200 years Old Always Changing
The Holy Bible of the Sovereign God and His Law Have Far More LAWFUL Precedent Worldwide than the Constitution of the United States as a Sovereign. I hope ALL will consider these things.
Constitutional Law is All Man Made “Private” Civil Law and All Man Made “Private” Civil Law is based on Surety, Guarantor and Benefit. The Constitution is the fundamental, underlying document which establishes the Private government of a nation or “Sovereign” state as a pagan god. The term Sovereign is god.
Gods Word and truth established his Holy nation, his peculiar people, his law on earth;1Peter 2:9 But ye [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: The Sovereign Law of God Grants Unalienable Rights Unalienable Rights Are Always From God These come with the Covenant (contract) of Abraham, Jacob and the covenant (contract) of Christ's Redemption.
Acts 3:25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
A Redeemed Man By The Blood Of Christ From Surety?
Your Debt Was Paid In Blood And You Are Now Free From Bondage
Through an Exchange of Value
Hebrews 7:22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. 1Corinthians 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. The self proclaimed Sovereign United States Constitution Grants Civil Contract Rights or Legal Rights and are always a Civil Benefit (Man made contract) Constitution Makes Man A Surety a constituent of the State therefore a:Constitutor - Bouvier's Law Dictionary, Revised 6th Ed (1856) He who promised by a simple pact to pay the debt of another; and this is always a principal obligation. Inst. 4, 6, 9.
“Through an Exchange of Value”
The States did not create man but they do create persons. Persona created at birth is indebted as surety for the debts of the federal and several States as guarantor in exchange for State privileges and benefits. The Federal State defines man as capital “People are Human capital.” (Executive Order 13037) The question Is Who is Your "Sovereign"? Who is Your God?
For you are either the constituent of the House of Representatives or a constituent of the House of Is'rael.
Isaiah 44:5 One shall say, I [am] the LORD'S; and another shall call [himself] by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe [with] his hand unto the LORD, and surname [himself] by the name of Israel.
The other question is did you knowingly and voluntarily trade your birthright for State Benefits.
Your Birthright came from God and this is your greatest asset of value; A Commodity
Genesis 25:31 And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright.
This is "Fornication" with the State god commonly know as "Commerce" and makes man a commodity under Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
[Black’s Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, p. 269] Definition of the word “Commerce. …Intercourse by way of trade and traffic between different peoples or states and the citizens or inhabitants thereof, including not only the purchase, sale, and exchange of commodities, but also the instrumentalities [governments] and agencies by which it is promoted and the means and appliances by which it is carried on…”
This is why Esau was judged wicked! Hebrews 12:16 Lest there [be] any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. Esau traded his birthright of great value for an item of little value a bowl of stew.
The same thing takes place when we knowingly and willingly accept State benefit. Karl Marx wrote the following desription of the word: COMMODITY: "an external object, a thing which through its qualities satisfies human needs of whatever kind" (Marx, Capital) and is then exchanged for something else. When Marx speaks of commodities, he is particularly concerned with the "physical properties of the commodity", which he associates closely with the use-values of an object. However, use-values does not automatically lead to a commodity: "He who satisfies his own need with the product of his own labour admittedly creates use-values, but not commodities. In order to produce the latter, he must not only produce use-values but use-values for others, social use-values" (131). Commodities, therefore, "possess a double form, i.e. natural form and value form" . The physical body of the commodity is made up of 1) the material provided by nature (e.g. linen, gold, etc.); and 2) the labor expended to create it (see Marx, Capital). Note that a commodity can refer to tangilble things as well as more ephemeral products (e.g. a lecture). What matters is that something be exchanged for the thing. SOURCE: Marx, Karl. Capital: A Critique of Political Economy. Vol. 1. Trans. Ben Fowkes. New York: Penguin, 1990.
You may knowingly and voluntarily trade your birthright as an exchange of value. But you must First knowingly consent with full knowledge of the consideration you are trading (both giving and receiving). And you must have full knowledge of the obligation you are required to fulfill.
Otherwise the contract is void for atleast four reasons.
1. If you entered into the contract because of fear of reprisal from men. The contract is void for a valid contract must have willing parties. Fear, threats, coercion, or duress always voids a contract. 2. If the contract you entered into cannot be fulfilled. It is void because no man can be a slave with no way of redemption. 3. If any information regarding the contract was concealed or you were not given opportunity to read the entire contract and all exhibits. Then the contract is void due to fraud. 4. If you did not receive the benefit you traded for. The contract is void for lack of performance.
Karl Marx wrote the following desription of the term :USE-VALUE vs. EXCHANGE-VALUE: The usefulness of a commodity vs. the exchange equivalent by which the commodity is compared to other objects on the market. Marx distinguishes between the use-value and the exchange value of the commodity. Use-value is inextricably tied to "the physical properties of the commodity"; that is, the material uses to which the object can actually be put, the human needs it fulfills. In the exchange of goods on the capitalist market, however, exchange-value dominates: two commodities can be exchanged on the open market because they are always being compared to a third term that functions as their "universal equivalent," a function that is eventually taken over by money. Exchange-value must always be distinguished from use-value, because "the exchange relation of commodities is characterized precisely by its abstraction from their use-values". In capital, money takes the form of that equivalence; however, money in fact hides the real equivalent behind the exchange: labor. The more labor it takes to produce a product, the greater its value. Marx therefore concludes that "As exchange-values, all commodities are merely definite quantities of congealed labour-time" .SOURCE: Marx, Karl. Capital: A Critique of Political Economy. Vol. 1. A Redeemed Man By The Blood Of Christ From Surety?

“Through an Exchange of Value”
Hebrews 7:22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. 1Corinthians 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's
2Peter 2:3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
1 Corinthians 6:6 But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers. "Other gods"
Deuteronomy 11:16 Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them; 1Corinthians 8:5 For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)
Deuteronomy 6:14 Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which [are] round about you;
2Chronicles 7:19 But if ye turn away, and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods, and worship them; Then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my land which I have given them; and this house, which I have sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a proverb and a byword among all nations.
Why do we go to the servants or prophet (judges) of the false gods seeking justce!
Are not Judges First employees of the State god. Sworn to worship the State god contract (constitution) with a fiduciary obligation to their employer the State as their Sovereign god?
Why would we think we would be dealt justice? Was Christ?
Isaiah 59:4 None calleth for justice, nor [any] pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.
R.J. Rushdoony wrote the following about civil law; All who are content with a humanistic law system and do not strive to replace it with Biblical law are guilty of idolatry. They have forsaken the covenant of their God, and they are asking us to serve other gods. They are thus idolaters, and are, in our generation, when our world is idolatrous and our states also, to be objects of missionary activity. They must be called out of their idolatry into the service of the living God.
Remember exchange of value. What ever privileges a government exchanges or gives you in contract; it may demand an exchange of equal value and worship.
It is because worship is involved of the Sovereign State that benefit to the contract may be amended by (congress) or ruling by private interpretation (judge).
However Gods covenants never change they are eternal; Genesis 17:7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. And Gods covenants and law are not subject to private interpretations. 2Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
It is never to late. It is lawful to repent. Repent now and claim back your birthright which was stolen from you.
Acts 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
We are all commanded to repent to restore our covenant birthright through the blood redemption payment of Christ which allows our entrance as citizens into the kingdom of Heaven on earth.
Colossians 1:20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, [I say], whether [they be] things in earth, or things in heaven.
Matthew 6:10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as [it is] in heaven. Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Freedom to worship is not a privilege. It is a right and rights are unalienable or you have a privilege which is involuntary servitude to the private law, the State god.
Rights are granted by God. Privilege by Man. Definition of Privilege A privilege—etymologically "private law" or law relating to a specific individual—is an honour, or permissive activity granted by another person or even a government. A privilege is not a right and in some cases can be revoked.
Defining the difference between a 'privilege' and a 'right' is difficult. In authentic democracies a 'privilege' is granted to a few after birth, and a 'right' is an entitlement to all mankind from birth. A privileged class, in less-than-perfect democracies, is often embodied in power and wealth. Compare elite.
One of the objectives of the French Revolution was the abolition of privileges. This meant the removal of separate laws for different social classes (nobility, clergy and ordinary people), and subjecting everyone to the same common law. source Wikipedia
Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
The key to everything is Authority because without Authority you have Force and Force is always of the devil and never of our Lord.
Can one group of men assume authority over another group of men contractually through the law of the land called the Constitution or the Bill of Rights and force involuntarily their custom, and public policy called law on our lives, our children or other groups of men not party to the contract? Is not this the definition of Slavery, Peonage and Organized crime.
Freedom to worship comes from God. No man or government can give what is not his to give or his to take away. The right must have belonged to him in the first place.
Therefore we bring forth the sword of truth the redemption of Christ which frees us from the bondage to Sin.
But you must have faith. You must beleive.
2Chronicles 20:17 Ye shall not [need] to fight in this [battle]: set yourselves, stand ye [still], and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD [will be] with you.
Freedom to worship is a covenant from God.
Freedom of religion it is a covenant from Man.
If You claim the Privilege of the Establishment of Religion Clause then do you claim the State is your god?
Therefore deny the beast. We do not need the beast public approval to serve our God in both the spirit and the flesh. Nor do we acknowledge the beasts corporate policies as law or as master of our our Lord.
For the State has transformed itself into the angel of light.
2Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. We must have "a wall of separation between church and state"? "A wall between the gods" 2Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you,

You make one very good point. CONTEXT If you do not know the context in which a word is used, you may not know what meaning is actually applicable.
For example, in Title 8 of the U.S.Code, an American national is a Citizen of the united States of America. However, in Title 26, American national is a United States citizen. Two very different conditions.

Hello Uncle Buck,
Excellent quotes and cites. However, I would point out that these are all referring and inferring to the statutory person, i.e. what we often call the strawman. The "person" is the only thing that their fiction world can see and can do service on.
In researching Title 8 of the U.S.Code, I realized that there is a recognition of the difference between Domicile and Domicil.
Domicile - "a residence of a person"
Domicil - "a dwelling place of a man"
Domicilary - "one who holds and returns to a permanent dwelling place"
Ain't it amazing what one can do to the meaning of a word by simply adding one more letter to it. It goes from referring to a living man to referring to a commercial statutory person.
May the Lord bless,
Lewis
Dear Lewis, I checked out the 2nd Edition (1930s) of HALSBURYS LAWS OF ENGLAND and the 3rd Edition (mid 1950-60s) of HALSBURYS LAWS OF ENGLAND on CONFLICT OF LAWS in which the meaning of DOMICIL is provided. Domicil is spelt without the "e" on the end in both editions. I then looked at a legal dictionary from England printed in the 1950s. It unfortunately has: DOMICILE, or DOMICIL, as its Definition subject matter followed by the usual explanation. I had a look at the original 1936 Income Tax Assessment Act in Australia just to see which way the word domicile was spelt. It had the "e" on the end as does the 1982 DOMICILE ACT.
I will keep looking. It appears to be merely a cultural thing: colour or color licence or license metre or meter
I will check out further ACTS in Australia to see how they spell domicil(e) and the context of the word/term.
An interesting article is:
www.itpa.org/open/archive/docker.rtf
extract:
Domicile refers to the country by whose laws the personal rights of an individual are governed. In loose language, that country is the individual’s homeland, the connotation of “home” being derived from the Latin word “domus”. It is relevant in the context of private international law or “conflicts of law”, i.e. in situations where it is not otherwise clear to which jurisdiction, and thus to which laws, a personal right of an individual is subject. Thus we do not look for a State or country in a political or constitutional sense, but for a country with a single system of law.1 For example, in the context of domicile, the United Kingdom is not a “country”, because Scotland and Northern Ireland have separate legal systems from that of England and Wales, which, with Berwick-on-Tweed, is a single system. Thus, although commonly we talk of a UK domicile particularly for UK taxation, it is not strictly accurate. The same applies in Australia, Canada and the US. This distinction could be material in e.g. succession or validity issues.2
Notes 1.Dicey’s classic definition of a “country” is “the whole of a territory subject under one sovereign to one body of laws”. 2.Common law domicile has been partly eroded by statute, e.g. in the field of matrimonial law (UK, Australia and Canada). Thus the first point in a domicile context is to identify the particular issue in question. Because, however, the UK has a common taxation system across its constituent “countries”, the “country” distinction for a taxation issue has no practical significance, and hence the common expression in a UK taxation context of “UK domicile”.

Posted - 11 Jul 2005 : 14:39:14 Hello Uncle Buck,
Excellent quotes and cites.

A "domicile" is the place where the law regards a person to be, regardless of whether he is corporeally found there. U.S. v. Novero, D.C.Mo., 58 F.Supp. 275, 278. West's Words & Phrases
Term "domicile" connotes a place with which a person has a connection for certain legal purposes, e.g., jurisdiction, determination of legitimacy, descent of personal property. In re Moore's Estate, 415 P.2d 653, 656, 68 Wash.2d 792. West's Words & Phrases
"Domicile" implies a nexus between a person and place of such permanence as to authorize control of legal status, relationship and responsibilities of the domiciliary. Dosamantes v. Dosamantes, Tex.Civ.App., 500 S.W.2d 233, 236. West's Words & Phrases
That place where a man has true, fixed, and permanent home and principal established, and to which whenever he is absent he has the intention of returning. (Citations omitted) 2. Domicile may be either national or domestic. In deciding the question of national domicile, the point to be determined will be in which of two or more distinct nationalities a man has his domicile. In deciding the matter of domestic domicile, the question is in which subdivision of the nation does the person have his domicile. The distinction is to be kept in mind, since the rules for determining the two domiciles, though frequently, are not necessarily the same. Bouvier's Law Dictionary, Fourteenth Ed.
In international law, a residence at a particular place, accompanied with positive or presumptive proof of an intention to continue there for an unlimited time. Domicile may be deemed to be of three sorts,-- domicile by birth, domicile by choice, and domicile by operation of law. The first is the common case of the place of birth, domicilium originis; the second is that which is voluntarily acquired by a party, proprio motu; the last is consequential, as that of the wife arising from marriage. Story, Confl. Laws, 46. and see railroad Co. v. Kimbrough, 115 Ky. 512, 74 S.W. 229; Johnson v. Harvey, 261 Ky. 522, 88 S.W.2d 42, 46, 47. Domicile of Origin The home of the parents. That which arises from a man's birth and connections. the domicile of the parents at the time of birth, or what is termed the "domicile of origin," constitutes the domicile of the infant, and continues until abandoned, or until acquisition of a new domicile in a different place. Foreign Domicile A domicile established by a citizen or subject of one sovereignty within the territory of another. National Domicile The domicile of a person, considered as being within the territory of a particular nation, and not with reference to a particular locality or subdivision of a nation.
Quasi National Domicile One involving residence in a state. See National Domicile. Black's Law dictionary, Rev. 4th Ed. .

Some find insight with older definitions too. 1827 Webster's Encyclopedic Dictionary:quote: 1. To dwell permanently or for a length of time; to have a settled abode for a time. The peculiar uses of this word are to be noticed. When the word is applied to the natives of a state, or others who dwell in it as permanent citizens, we use it only with reference to the part of a city or country in which a man dwells. We do not say generally, that Englishmen reside in England, but a particular citizen resides in London or York, or at such a house, in such a street, in the Strand, &c.
When the word is applied to strangers or travelers, we do not say a man resides in an inn for a night, but he resided in London or Oxford a month or a year; or he may reside in a foreign country a great part of his life. A man lodges, stays, remains, abides, for a day or very short time; but reside implies a longer time, though not definite.
So if you are parked or whatever too long, you are resident - by the proper definition. Residency is established if you may be notified by any means (opening postal matter or carrying a legal name) at a specific (residential) address. Even if you pick up the same residential phone line often. If you may be found in your legal name at a specific address you are by definition a resident.

An appearance to defend against an admiralty and maritime claim with respect to which there has issued process in rem, or process of attachment and garnishment whether pursuant to these Supplemental Rules or to Rule 4(e), may be expressly restriced to the defense of such claim, and in that event shall not constitute an appearance for the purposes of any other claim with respect to which such process is not available or has not been served.
There is nothing wrong with being a resident. Can you handle yourself in international law?

Please NOTICE that in the general common law, where Noah Webster's etymology is respected for a standard of the English language, you are already expected to know about this stuff. "The peculiar uses of this word are to be noticed."
More and more, I suspect all the paranoid ramblings, from all of you are caused, are symptoms of the Bar withholding notice and grace (process) as private intellectual property. A two year law student (my cousin at a family reunion) asked me point blank - "How did you hear about Erie??" See it in the question? Erie Railroad Company v. Thompkins is considered private intellectual property. She was not experienced enough to avoid the intelligence.
Several years ago the Attorney Regulation Counsel; a division of the local Bar called the State of Colorado Supreme Court (attorney registry) tried to prosecute the legal name they hoped was mine for "unauthorized practice of law" - whatever that means. I abated for misnomer but somebody was bringing me letters arriving in that "David Merrill Family Name a/k/a David Merrill" (inferring my name is the legal name and my true name is my alias). I marked them "Return to Sender" and "Not residing here" with an arrow to the legal name. Also I served injunction upon the de jure 13th Amendment and now attorneys cannot speak to me in any official (Esquire of the Crown [Templars]) capacity. But I have not made those images available. Maybe soon. Here is a brief example of successful abatement: http://ecclesia.org/forum/images/suitors/abatement.gif http://ecclesia.org/forum/images/suitors/judgment.jpg

"include" means "is only" it is not all-encompassing. See all inclusive. Do you know of any "person, by that definition, having arms, legs, sleeps, eats, drinks, and has thought?

Posted - 17 Feb 2004 : 05:40:46 Greetings and salutations in the name of the King: Peace be unto the house. SypBoy asks at the end of his response: "What do you think?" Here for the edification of the Body Politic [body of anointed] is what the spirit of truth has given us to share. We think that we were sufficiently warned in the Owners manual, Yahweh's Book of the Law that the adversary's weapon of choice was..."the word". "And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you..." What kind of "merchandise" are we talking about here; again the Scripture gives us the definitive answer. The merchandise of...slaves and souls of men. And because we did not receive a love of the truth many of us are deluded by the simplest of words. For example, we are told by our Wonderful Counsellor, whom we are to emulate: "...they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world." Most people today believe the "wolves in sheeps clothing" when they tell them that this means he lives up in the clouds somewhere, but had we not been slothful, and the slothful shall pay tribute, we would have gained a full understanding of that little, two-letter word "of". Webster's 1828 Dictionary of American English OF, prep. ov. [Gr.] 1. From or out of; proceeding from, as the cause, source, means, author or agent bestowing. Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible G1537 ek [or] ex; ek, ex; A primary preposition denoting origin (the point whence motion or action proceeds)... What the Anointed One is telling us here is that we are not to "originate" from the world, "the world" is not the "agent bestowing" our succor [Hebrew: yasha]. We are to be born from above, a Higher Authority, which of course is Yahweh, the Creator of all things. If man or his governments were truly able to create life there would be no still-born babies, simple as that. The world, which if we had all looked it up, means "arrangement", which of course means system, creates "persons", Yahweh, the giver of life, creates "people". Persons do not have the breath of life in them, people do. Thus if one is "of" Yahweh, created in His image, he has life, for it is written, He is the Living 'Elohiym, and the 'Elohiym of the living, simple as that. If one is "of" the world he is "dead", he is a "person" and will call himself and others that interestingly enough; even though Yahweh Himself stated that He is not a respecter of "persons". This means that He will have no regard for them, i.e. He will not care for them. This is why all of mans' so-called laws pertain to "persons". Here, look at this from Black's Law Dictionary - Abridged Sixth Edition, under the word "Person": …Scope and delineation of term is necessary for determining those to whom Fourteenth Amendment of Constitution affords protection since this Amendment expressly applies to “person.”[No emphasis added] Now, let us do some simple addition, one and one are two, regardless of what the "new math" might tell us. If one is a 14th Amendment citizen then one is a "person", if one is a "person", one is NOT "of" Yahweh. Hopefully, those with eyes to perceive can see this. It is at this point in time where those "of" the world will begin to hate us, as it is written. They will come back with their hands over their ears, screaming obscenities most likely. So be it. This means they have not received a love of the truth and Yahweh Himself shall send them a delusion, again, as it is written. We could go on like this almost into infinity but those with ears to understand already either know this or will comprehend what has been said here so we will not beat a dead horse. We end this with the definition of "feigned" from Webster's 1828 Dictionary of American English: FEIGNED, pp. Invented; devised; imagined; assumed. We ask that you look at this list of words as we use them in a sentence. "The goverments of men [satan, i.e. the adversary] invent and devise words to enslave people, and because we are vain we imagine or assume that we know what these words mean, and in this fashion are made into merchandise; the merchandise of slaves." It is voluntary slavery for most because we could have looked all those words up and said, "Hey, wait just a doggone minute here..." but we didn't. Is it their fault that we were not very good watchmen? The answer will be found in this question: Who did Yahweh punish when King David numbered the people? We pray that Yahweh give all His Children eyes that perceive, ears that understand and contrite and humble hearts. 'amein
