Maybe it means "stopped using the SS system."

What "insurance" does one expect will be required?

IMHO, since Obamacare is "enforced" by the IR$, then every "taxpayer" is subject to Obamacare based on their Social Security Account Number (SSAN) or alternate Taxpayer ID Number (TIN). If one no longer participates with the voluntary Social Security system and has not requested an alternate TIN from the IR$, then it stands to reason they are not an Obamacare taxation participant. Obamacare can only apply to "taxpayers" because it is enforced by the IR$ as a legal, not lawful, "tax" via SSAN or TIN.

What activities bring upon the duties of "taxpayer?"

For example, when one applies for an "interest bearing bank account" is one agreeing to the various duties of the role "taxpayer?"

Yes, a TIN and EIN are the same. They are numerical ID's for "taxpayers".

You may not have voted, but have you cancelled your voter registration with the local authorities? If not, you are still a "registered voter" according to DC and State Administrative Codes.

Simply, the answer is YES. If you used any accepted IR$ "taxpayer" number to open a bank account, you have contractually agreed to comply with IR$ Code according to your signature when opening the "bank" account.

Greetings Bondservant, Jay, and Owen,

Glad to see that some of you still frequent these forums.

Jay, your "example" is much more than that. It is the entire tax system in a nutshell. I have proven this through years of battling the un-lawful income tax in New Zealand. We pulled the statutes to pieces, and tried every argument in the book. Overall success rate: around 50%.

Then one day it was suddenly obvious that the (l)awful right to clip the ticket on our paycheck came from the fact that we were using someone else's coupon system instead of lawful money. Lawful money is gold and silver coins, for those who do not know.

So we took a trip to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, and spoke personally to the head of currency. He assured us that there were "no liabilities or obligations that arise from the use of Reserve Bank Notes." So we asked some more questions, like "Then how can they tax our paycheck?" He wouldn't answer this, because it was outside his realm of responsibility! We couldn't fault him, because he had been so helpful with all questions that were in his realm.

A few days later all that he had told us finally settled into a sensible pattern. "Cash" is not taxable, although they do try this on the ignorant. But private bank credits are the real "income" that is being taxed. This is why "income" is not defined in the statute. It is not about law, or the meaning of the word. It is the practical application of the fact that we must pay for the privilege of using someone else's accounting system.

And Bondservant, you are exactly right that we sign an agreement to do just that when we open a bank account. Even if you don't give them an SSN/TIN/EIN, you are still signing in to the tax system.

I know of many people, including former members of these forums, who stayed out of the tax system for decades without a single problem, because they had NO bank account and did everything in cash.

This also explains why they are moving towards a "cash-less" society. They want to close this option down, so that everyone has to pay taxes.

Lest this sound unfair or unreasonable or, God forbid, un-lawful, you need to see it in the perspective of what Jesus taught about money. He said simply:

1) God
2) Money (Mammon)

Choose one.

So while I still tell people how to avoid the tentacles of the tax man, I try to point them beyond that to the fact that the tax man is their friend, always encouraging them to obey the teaching of Christ, by beating them over the head until they give up money altogether!

And to really set a cat among the pigeons, ask yourself what sort of people would remove ALL (lawful) money from circulation, replacing it with bits of paper and glowing digits on a computer screen? Could it be people who FULLY understand the teachings of Christ, and who know that the average man cannot and will not give up his faith in Mammon, and so have helped him move in the right direction by eliminating all real money and replacing it with a mere fiction?
