You need to be recognized as a Private Juridic Person under the Canon Law of the catholic church.
This is an involved process, and the church hierarchy will not discuss it with you openly. For starters you need to be a catholic, but that would merely be the first step.
There are several clues showing that most nation-states on the planet are now under this structure. The Canon Law was modified in 1983, and most countries transitioned between then and 1989.
In New Zealand, they revoked the Governor-General's Letters Patent in 1983, they revoked their UK constitution in 1986, they removed the Post Office as the foundational authority in 1987, they restructured the "State Sector" (all public employment) in 1988, and they converted most Government "departments" to "ministries" in 1989.
Ask yourself, where else do you find a "Ministry"?
Your nation may already BE "under God"! Hehe
