I rarely write much into this forum, for you all seem to speak biblicaly, and don't get me wrong, I am in the spirit. The real problem is you are taking the path back into the old testement, for a problem that has apparantly been missed by most. Even though the system of things seems to have an aged odor, does not make it so. I pose this to you, and that means whoever; Has anyone really looked at all the IRS forms and read them closely? I mean real close, or have you all been missing the point of the accounting, and the method for this madness.
You may talk of religous sympathies, and that is fine, but when are any of you going to get down and do the work at hand. I came into this community looking for some conceivable ray of light to help in the quest, I now come before you with a torch, so that you may find your footing for the next step.

Understood. Gave up most of that thought pattern awhile back, does still come back to haunt me on occasion. Point was/is : I'm curious just what did Lewis do to get the results he did. I get that, that may not work for me, but his example beats the heck out of "wizzin' into the wind in the dark on a hope n prayer" . I also get that nobody really knows what he did - or isn't willing to tell. &, remember, I'm not tellin', I'm askin'. I'm not asking for approval of a choice, I'm trying to figure out what that choice could possibly be. & I realize that it wouldn't be the 1st or even the 5th+ step in the process. I may possibly have mentioned : I don't have a clue what(how) he did.
No matter, I'll keep up w/the studies, as I can.

One problem with human nature is, if I take certain path in life, I think everyone should take that same path. So no surprise that people who choose #3 (or any path for that matter) tell us we all have to take that path. When people choose to serve self they need approval and agreement of others (as an attempt) to justify that choice. When one chooses to follow gut (inner voice/Spirit/intuition/heart/calling, etc), one is already justified and willing to stand alone.
See where gut and circumstance take you instead. (I'm hoping peace and joy.)

I've seen that before. One of my favorite comics, from many standpoints. I'd forgotten about that one.
I'm looking to be somewhere 'twixt 1 & 2. Gonna have to figure out what I know, what I need to re-learn, hopefully what I don't know (& this is the hardest part, actually), & go from there. I really want nothing-to-little to do w/option 3. Although, I'm told, I still need to learn it & become proficient at it. Beginning to wish there was about a dozen of me. Maybe I'd get a decent start.
It seems, that I've got the equivalent of a 10,00 page manual, lots of pages written, some partially written, lots more blank - that need to be filled in, no index or chapter list, & no knowledge of the proper sequence or info needed to put the book back together so's to be readable & useful. Maybe someday. <shrug> . Hopefully, in this lifetime.
This is why I was looking to contact lewish, simply for chance of guidance.

Generally speaking, I think we have 3 (reasonable) options:
1) Totally withdraw from the commercial world. (Live deep in the wilderness and eat berries.)
2) Surrender ALL commercial value to the source of the commercial value and let government agents do their job. (See http://whybefudd.info/ to learn about "usufruct.")
3) Hone your legal skills and fight on. (And don't bitch or blame others when you get your nuts handed to you on a platter.)

Do you speak for Lewis? I'd rather be told (off) by him personally...
Most of what you're talking about is a bit ( a lot) over my head. Esp concerning the (mis)spelling of biblical names. [Maybe on purpose? Either way, it doesn't help me...]. I'm quite aware of the "need to find your own path", (the legal & lawful aspect of things), however, the path that many can (or may) take is similar - though not exact -, & being pointed/guided in the correct direction, via what to read, study, know, & practice; so as to learn to get - & stay - out, isn't - or shouldn't - be, closely-guarded info. At least not for those who sincerely seek it. I do get that one who has left the U.S, has no right to preach for "converts"; as that is equivalent to inciting insurrection of, & encouraging/helping the slaves run away from their master - who contracted w/them, & they contracted back, unknowingly, but still... -, however, it is quite a different matter when that one is being sought out.
I get that everything is "legal" & has at least two meanings, & one must be very careful about that. I get that "the STATE" owns everything, & everybody, by deceit-of-contract, which remains in standing until properly rebutted ("it skates 'till it's busted"). I get that everything is commercial, that everything is done via contracts/"treaties"/law-of-the-sea/etc, so I'll deal w/it. I get that there is no money, only credit. Except, of course, for the old pre-'65 silver coin, pre-'33 gold coin, & possibly the U.S.Notes of circa '64. (& almost nobody knows what it is, or will exchange it in normal use). I get that FRNs are only legal-tender, but can be redeemed for lawful money - just not gold/silver - & that it's it's all rather meta-physical. (BTW: if you *know* different - I'm all ears, esp how to force their hand. I do have a few ideas on the subject-matter, but 'till I get to where I want to go/be, I'll just leave that lie dormant). I get that we can't have a bank account - in the normal sense, as it ties us directly into the System. I get that the SS is *one* way in which we have contracted ourselves in, & needs to be dealt w/properly. I get that the Birth Certificate is different from the Certificate of Live Birth. I get that we're forced to be in a fictional world of the DEAD, only recognized as such, even though we are live flesh & blood man/woman. I get that there are almost uncountable # of other ways we unknowingly contracted into the Babalyonian/Talmudic system, & they need to be dealt w/properly.
I did not state - or mean to - that *you do accept benefits*, only that it is "virtually not possible" to avoid all contact w/&-usage/acceptance-of benefits. I'm rather curious: do you use gasoline in your conveyance, eat any commercial foods, consume anything off of a farm/land not grown by you (or a group of fellow-communers), use any store-bought items, any health care other than "self-administered-ditch-medicine"? Since every business that I know of, except Express-Trusts, or the Amish/Mennonites, somehow get/use "govt" benefits, it can -& has- been argued, that you accepted benefits. Unless of course, you denied in writing, for each one, each time. & were able to make the denial stick. This is getting ridiculous...
If you can/have done/currently do this, I do applaud you, but I don't see that happening for me anytime soon. Literal Self-Sufficiency is a looong ways off... If you've gotten by w/o the SS# only, & consider it all done, you're doing better than lot. I'm guessing it must be great to be you, never needing any help, nor requesting help/direction from someone you admire, being able to learn all you know by yourself. Again, I applaud you - you've gotten further than I ever will, my desires & abilities not withstanding... & I still need to learn how to live once I've gotten outside the system, so's I don't make a mistake, & get "invited" back in - the hard way. The more I learn, the more I find out that I don't know very much - in fact a *lot less* than I hoped. Interesting Catch-22/vortex situation...
I have seen a few friends try the sovereignty thing, w/minimal study, believing that GOD would/will protect them, &, well, not quite. At least one is in jail - for a long time (trained as a lawyer, worked as a cop, that mentality/knowledge/attitude only hurt him, badly.) -, 2 others(+) got hammered by the IRS good & proper. And all wanted to know when I was going to "do it". "Just gotta do it - things will work out - gotta take a chance". Well, no..., stupidity, bravado,& being arrogant are a lot different than caution & "I know I don't know this yet". Taking a well-informed, calculated-risk is worlds apart from blind-belief, bordering-suicide. I may not know what I (need to) know, but I do know a lot of what I don't know. I just don't know where to find/learn it. & I have also learned a lot of *what not to do*. Hence my posting asking about lewish. You are quite wrong & incorrect, when you state "Lewis can't help you walk the walk". I call BS! He *can* reply to the request/plea for help, & offer guidance - if he chooses. If not...<shrug>. Either way, it's *his* call, he's the only one who can say he won't help, & I'm ok w/that. If you'd prefer a bible-type imagery, even Jesus (or whatever spelling you prefer) walked w/the disciples after his death, & they in turn, walked w/many others, teaching them, as they were requested. I don't think, nor feel, out of line here, asking.
My friend, the State-Citizen, says I actually do know enough to make the jump. I'm not so sure, as I don't know how to rebut properly, so as to force their hand & force them to follow my dictates, (to return to me my value, & leave me alone). I do know who to go to for some help, on certain subjects, it's just nobody I have heard, read, or talked to, has gotten the results that lewish has. & I'd like to duplicate them, hopefully not making the same mistakes. I'm sure I can make plenty of new ones all by myself.
I'm not here to argue w/you, nor come across as crass - which I suspect these emails have accomplished already. I did notice that you declined to answer my Q's, From the 1st, 2nd, & probably this email, too. So let's call it a day. Lewis and Ed Whaler charged a FBI agent with Criminal charges among other things. That set off the gaggle of pink pantie 'guys' against them. Mail fraud and etc. 18 times over.
You are wrong. Some of us do NOT accept any Federal benefits. Eliyah thought he was alone. Then Wisdom showed him that the Yahuweh had 7,000 others who would not bow the knee to BAAL. Now we surely don't have any of the seven thousand's names, do we. But we do know this, they were as importand to the Spirit World as was Eliyah's stand Same thing today. Have ye resisted unto blood yet?
Most all the 7,000 were not anywhere near Palestine-Yerusalem even back then. Likely they were at Scotland figuring out how to tighten the stiches on their new golf ball.
To live without a social security number is enough. Maybe the word is to survive without a number. I know Ed and Lewis don't have a ss number. No American's have that tatoo. But all U.S. citizens certainly confess the number.

Last time was supposedly for getting together w/like minded folks, aquirreing land in Washington, trying to remove themselves & the land from the jurisdiction of the US. I was hoping he'd be successful... Anyways, I have a copy of the "Kevin...This is Gary" call, had some others, (two more - I think, which I lost in a computer crash, & can't find those on the web anymore). To the truth of what the system *really* is & finding the well-hidden path & door to outside their system? To learning what to do & *not* to do, to stay out of TPTWTBs' clutches? To "be in this world, not of this world" (& just what does does that entail, exactly)? To demonstrate one does not consent to be governed? & that you are serious about this? & that you know how to use their system better than they can? & how, exactly to *force* TPTWTB to do the right thing - when they'll do everything they can, not to? After hearing the "Kevin..." call, I have been fixated on getting to the point that he is at: so when a TPTWTB rep inquires of me, pulls up the info sheet, s/he gets to read the same thing as lewish has. &, of course, one *needs to KNOW* these things by heart. Problem is, I don't have the foggist idea of *how* lewish got to where he is, by studying/learning whatever he did. AFAIK, the how-to list was never written. &, yes, I am allto aware that TPTWTB take a very dim view of anyone not bowing down. There's more than one way out - so I'm told -, but I'd *really* like some guidance, & from the various results I've read about, I've been amazed the most, by his. I don't want him, or anyone else, to do the work for me, even if they could. I've got to do it to learn, but I'd be very thankful for a mentor & guide. Don't need/want a "guru"/paytriot. & since I was never taught to live outside of the system, that's something else I want to learn. I'm finding some of it, but good-BTDT-direction vs random-chance-info wouldn't hurt my feelings much.
& I'm not getting any younger, either, BTW. I've blown past the half-century mark some time ago. Clinical Depression has rolled my a__ repeatedly, resulting in memory issues. I'm dealing w/it.
Still want the help, iffen lewish would be so kind. I have one sovereign friend, but he hasn't gone this far, & is interested in just what lewish did. Most folks/friends that know me, think I'm a couple of bubbles off plumb, after/when we discuss sovereignty/the-System/the-fed/etc. So being considered "out there" is nothing new to me. Unfortunately, for me, more than a couple of friends that had "gotten out", have passed on, before they could really help me. Due mostly to me not knowing them in time.
I'm learning about Express Trusts. ( NACRS ). David Merrill is interesting, as is Patrick Devine. & a few others & things on various websites, but it's a jumbled mess, to say the least, not to mention conflicting info, too. & they also are fighting their way through, as the answers don't come easy. I don't know enough to help them, as much as I'd like to.

Lewis Hughes was incarcerated by the Fed. Beast government for near 16 months. He and Ed Whaler were concluded to be not guilty by a jury trial. Both Lewis and Ed stood up and were without attorney's. Ed is hear near Asheville. Lewis? Why do you care? They both suffered major loss while in solitary at a Carolina FED prison. But they won their freedom...by their Faithfullness.
Lewish could come by here and contact you, rest assured. He was one of those left coaster's, Washington state area. Plus he and we are growing older everyday now. They have a couple actions and one is for the supremes to decide if State Citizenship is still real. The other is for $$$'s for their abusive treatment by Fed. slugs.
Those who defeat the BEAST and it is possible, suffer in the process.
