Many of the corporation sole web sites speak of the corporation sole as though it were some kind of big secret that only the elite know about. One web site states:

"The corporation sole has been the closest held secret
for centuries! But we now offer you - 'A Light in the Darkness' ....."

For being such a "secret" it's amazing how much the IRS knows about corporation sole promoters, and how aggressively the IRS is going after them, and their clients. http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=121566,00.html

The states in which corporation soles are most-commonly being formed, such as Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Utah, etc., hardly think the corporation sole is any kind of "secret" either. In fact, the Secretary of State offices in those states have all made public statements and expressed their concerns for the numerous people (and we're talking thousands) who have recently formed corporation soles, and who have no intention of using them for their intended purpose. http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=121567,00.html

Big secret? Corporation sole peddlers who make such claims (and most of them do) are either:
A. Ignorant
B. Incompetent
C. Liars
D. Charlatans
E. All of the above

As a result of all the abuse, the corporation sole has become a high priority for IRS investigation and prosecution.

It seems to me that if part of your objective is to drop out of the system, you probably wouldn't want to do so with a corporation sole albatross hanging from your neck.

And so the question is:

"Why do you just be 'a man standing on the land' like the founder of this ecclesia?"

That is all that I am. One of the "People on Washington".

It's not really that hard to understand... there are 2 or more different types of corporation soles.
1. A corporation existing of 1 person
2. existing of 1 person - aggregate
3. existing of 1 person - lay
4. Ecclesiastical corporation

See BLD 4th read under corporation, & trust -ecclesiastical

Or put another way:

It baffles me how those corporation sole sales companies could have conned thousands of people into parting with their money to buy a government-registered "artificial person" (http://hushmoney.org/corporation-sole_reg.htm) when their actual goal was to exit the system.

Amazing? Not in the least. All corporations are "creatures of the State." All corporations are civil law entities, and that includes the corporation sole. A corporation cannot legally exist without the permission of the State in which it operates. That permission is obtained by filing the necessary forms and making application to the State, per State statute. Contrary to corporation sole mythology (http://hushmoney.org/corporation-sole_myths.htm ), there can be no corporation sole that comes into existence under purely ecclesiastical law, canon law, biblical law, etc. http://hushmoney.org/corporate-sole_facts.htm

Hello Kirk,

Isn't it amazing that all these supposed "corporation soles" are being registered. If it is a true corp. sole, i.e., set up for the purpose of promoting the message of the Heavenly Father and his Son, then why do you need to register. Look at how many churches exist that have never submitted one piece of paper to the Corporation government, but operate without interference from either the gummymint or the IRS.

That should shed some light on the validity of a corp. sole. I know a couple of people who have them, and they have never given the gummymint one single piece of paper. One of those people has been hassled by the IRS, but to no avail. The IRS has finally given up, because they can't find any paper to base their claim on.

Just my thoughts,

Lewis
