Does anyone know how to stop a forclosure using the hoem stead act?
I have been working on this for a few weeks and I have not gotten any where.

Hello DRELOC,

You are about 100 years too late. The only way I know to stop a foreclosure to by filing a counterclaim.

You might want to review David Merrill's info on the "Saving to Suitor" clause and action in another thread.

Peace,

Lewis
